How do I book?

We only accept booking through our website. Bookings forms can be found under the events page.
Please complete booking forms as fully as possible.

How do I pay?

We accept payments online via debit card, you can also send us a cheque through the post made payable to ‘Islamic Events Uk Ltd’

What if I cancel after making my booking?

Please refer to our terms and conditions.

How do I receive my tickets?

Once you have completed the booking form and we have received your payment a confirmation email will be sent to you, which you would be required to present at the event, this email will act as your ticket.

Do you accept bookings/payments on the day?

We do not accept bookings on the day. We will only accept payments on the day in exceptional circumstances.

Can I bring a spectator with me on the day?

Due to space constraints most events would be closed to participants only, however for certain events spectators may be allowed to attend. Please contact us for more information.

Can someone else take my place?

Yes, however we would require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Are non Muslims allowed to attend?

Yes, our events are open to people of all faiths. Islamic Events Uk Ltd does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, colour, sex, age, veteran status, or disability

Will I get a refund if I don’t attend?

No we do not issue refunds, however in exceptional circumstances we will credit your account with 50% of the ticket value.

Why do you segregate your events?

Islamic Events Uk Ltd is a Muslim based organisation which adheres to the Quran and Sunnah, based on this we feel it necessary to segregate our events.
